Our cleaning services extend beyond Sammamish to surrounding areas, including Issaquah, Issaquah Highlands, Lakemont, Newcastle, Fall City, and Snoqualmie, as well as parts of Bellevue and Mercer Island.

Can We Accommodate One-Time Deep Cleans?
While our specialty lies in regular recurring maintenance cleans, we do offer one-time deep cleaning services, albeit less frequently (about 10% of our work).

Pricing and Payment

We offer a referral program (details on our referral page) and accept various payment methods, including cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and credit card (with a 2.5% fee). Note that we don't have contracts.

Cleaning Process and Quality  (WE aren't PERFECT however WE AIM TO 'PLEASE')
Disinfectants for kitchens and bathrooms, additionally, natural soaps for granite, marble, and wood floors, plus eco-friendly options like vinegar and water or Dawn dish soap. SEBO vacuums.

Scheduling and Rescheduling
SERVICE HOURS: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.   OFFICE HOURS:  7:30 AM - 3 PM Monday through Friday.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Please provide 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Requests under 48 hours incur a $35 fee.

Wood Floor Care
For wood floors, we use vinegar and water, Dawn dish soap, or customer-provided products, sweeping and vacuuming edges before mopping.

Meet Denise Craciun, our founder, owner, and operator, and our team of W2 employees, who are paid hourly, fully trained, and vetted. Most of our staff are senior members, and we communicate through the office, using Google Translate if needed.
