1st time clean price ranging from $150 to $250 Depending on size, square footage and condition of home.

1st time cleans are deep cleans that are used for beginning of regular service and/or move in/move out cleans. Prices are based on a 800 to 4500 square foot home. Cleaning can be applied only to targeted areas if desired such as only kitchen and bathrooms, or only floors and vacuum carpet as well as other varieties of combinations in your home.

We provide all equipment and supplies and work in teams of 2. For regular service we send out the same team of two to ensure familiarity with pets, floor plan and client relation.
